Whether you decide on a rotary shaver or a foil shaver we have many choices. If you want the closeness of a foil shaver, you can choose between a Panasonic shaver or a Remington shaver. If you would rather have the versatility and durability of a rotary shaver, you can't beat a Remington shaver. A rechargeable shaver, or cordless shaver, makes shaving even more convenient. For the ultimate in convenience, look at the wet dry shavers with an automatic cleaning system. I found a  seven minute video of a guy using his Panasonic wet dry shaver with shaving cream. It's not bad, but I think if he slowed down a little he wouldn't need to keep going over the same areas again and again. I would also advise him to use a shaving brush.
