It's moisture, not oil, that keeps the hair soft and resilient. Pump 1 to 2 shots of shampoo into a wet palm, spread between both wet hands and then apply to wet hair, keeping out of eyes. The more cleaning required use more shampoo. Lather and rinse. If required repeat with less shampoo. After shampooing, use men-u moisturising conditioner or men-u silky leave in conditioner then style with men-u creative styling gel.
