Our business relies on supplying you with men’s grooming items at the lowest possible price with total respect for your privacy. We will never offer, sell, exchange, or share any information about you with anyone, unless required by law. Your mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and credit card number are used strictly to fulfill your order. We do not solicit business for any other company from you, nor do we provide information for anyone else to do so.
Your credit card transactions are competely secure. All online orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent interception.
Our Free Shipping Policy
We never charge for handling. We do not charge for standard ground shipping on any order over $49.99 within the United States. All orders of $49.99 or less will be charge a flat-rate of $5.95. Ground shipments are usually sent by UPS. We have found UPS to be very reliable and very easy to deal with on the extremely rare instances of lost or damaged shipments. The tracking system UPS uses makes it easy to track the shipment so you will know exactly when it will arrive. We may on occasion use USPS or FedEx but we have found very little difference in price or speed on most orders. If you have a prefered carrier, please let us know in the notes section of the order page. You will be informed of the shipping status, carrier and tracking number (if available) shortly after we receive your order.
Generally, orders placed before 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be processed the same day and should arrive in 4-5 business days (within the Continental USA). Allow aditional time for weekends and holidays.

We offer the following shipping options within the 48 contiguous states only, no APO or FPO.
UPS, USPS or Fedex:
Three Day Shipping (delivery in 4 business days): $9.95
Two Day Shipping (delivery in 3 business days): $19.95
One Day Shipping (delivery in 2 business days): $29.95
All APO and FPO packages are tracked only to the initial military distribution center, not to your actual location.
We do not accept orders from outside the USA at this time.

Sales Tax
Only State of Illinois residents will be charged a sales tax (6.25%). The tax will automatically be added to any order with a ship-to address in Illinois and will appear on the order before you place it.
Returns Policy
Satisfaction with your order is very important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy with a 15% restocking fee to cover our costs. We cannot accept any product as a new return if it has been opened, has a broken seal or shows signs of tampering. If you try a product and are unsatisfied with it in any way, please contact the manufacturer or, if you prefer, you may contact us and we will do all we can to facilitate compensation. To arrange a return simply email (include order number) or call us to request a return authorization. Package the product with the return authorization number that we provide clearly marked on the outside and ship to our warehouse. When it is received, we will promptly process it and credit your account. Returns cannot be accepted without a return authorization number.
